Trip Planning Site, TriMet: Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Anywhere

Below are links to a Portland, Oregon Trip Planning service called TriMet.

TriMet provides bus, light rail and commuter rail transit services in the Portland, Oregon, metro area. They connect people with their community, while easing traffic congestion and reducing air pollution — making the Portland area a better place to live. Tap their logo to go to their site or use the pre made links in the buttons below. This makes it convenient to plan a trip from the PDX Airport to the University Place Hotel where the Conference is happening, or from the Hotel to Powell’s City of Books, the world’s largest new and used bookstore.

PDX Airport to Hotel

Hotel to Powells

Once at the Hotel, getting around is easy

The Hotel is located right next to public transportation systems and as of summer of 2017, Uber/Lyft are easy to use, and there are rental cars agencies with desks at the hotel (budget OR avis) as well as taxis, limos, shuttles and more. Ground transportation at this prime, city location is easy. Do avoid rush hour though…, if you can.
