Registration Process

Come and join other “Companions of the Book” for the 2025 All and Everything Conference.  The conference celebration will begin Wednesday morning, April 30, 2025, and end Sunday noon, May 4, 2025.

This Registration Form helps the all-volunteer A&E Planning Committee to manage and prepare the Conference.

You may register and also pay, through PayPal or credit card, for the Conference using this Conference on-line Registration Form. As an alternative to the online Form, you can also register for the Conference using our regular mail option. To do so, please download the Conference Mail-In PDF file, print it, fill it out, and send it in with your payment.

The online Form has multiple pages to it. (The above tabs displayed on this Form navigate between the pages of this Form, and the “next button” below is also used to navigate to the next page of the Form.)

The Conference Registration Fee is payable directly to “A & E Conference” and is a separate fee from your Hotel and transportation costs.

To begin the online registration process, please click the “Next” button below. You may complete this form and pay using Paypal or credit card. Payment in full must be received no later than April 15, 2025.

If you have issues completing your payment using Paypal or credit card (depending on factors such as country or bank regulation), please contact us using this email link info@aandeconference.org.

The Conference Registration Fee includes attendance at the presentation sessions, study sessions, and breakfast and lunch meals.

Please note that travel, hotel and dinner costs, and cost of attending the Banquet are separate from the Registration Fee.

Each registrant for the Conference manages his/her travel, overnight guest room accommodations, and dinners. You can view the 2025 Conference page for a list of hotels, contact information and pricing on our website.

! If you book your accommodation at The Queens Hotel, please inform them that you will be attending the conference so they can provide snacks and drinks.
