The All and Everything committees publish the Proceedings each year following the conference. It will be the primary responsibility of the Proceedings committee to complete the publication. Volunteers are needed for transcribing, proofing, editing, layout and design. It is a process that begins even before the conference takes place, as the frontmatter and early papers are submitted. So, work on the Proceedings really begins about a month before and continues through the summer to early fall.
It would be helpful to have a good and working knowledge of document editing software.
Those who helped do all this over the last few years, confirm they have learned more and more from each paper and the exchanges by the in depth review of the material for presentation. This is a real plus for the hard work it is.
Please let us know when you register if you would like to lend a helping hand.
